Sometimes, few moves deserve to be remembered. Just like  Viktor “Isildur1” Blom’s call deserved to be tagged as the call of the year, the fold by Ian Steinman at the WPT deserves respect.

Although the wonderful act at the felt didn’t win him the winner’s trophy at the $3,500 buy-in WPT Rolling Thunder Main Event and he had to settle for the second position for $201,420, the video of the remarkable act at the Final Table of the event is now trending on Youtube.

In the hand, Steinman folded a set of Kings against the 2015 WSOP Main Event Winner Joseph McKeehen, who had an ace-high straight. Check out the video below:

After the hand, Steinman modestly denied the credit by saying, “In my mind, my thinking was very kind of fishy, but if it’s somehow correct then it’s some weird high-level study. It still might have been a terrible fold. Most likely it was just a terrible fold with bad logic and maybe I just kind of got caught up in the moment.”

The WPT Rolling Thunder Main Event was taken down by David Larson for over $295,000 and former WSOP Main Event champion McKeehen finished 3rd for $131,081.
