The Hungarian champion, Laszlo Bujtas made his country proud by performing tremendously well. After an intense gaming session on Day 4 at WSOPE €10,350 NLHE Main Event, Bujtas speared to the top in the stack count with only 12 players to contest on the final day.

Bujtas’ previous accolades include four WSOP cash wins, and total live career earnings worth $242,000. This time, he achieved the lead by busting Andy Black at the 13th place during the last hand of Day 3.

Day 4 Briefing

The game went pretty smooth with 50 players contesting on Day 4. The field started shrinking within two hours of play. Michael Sklenicka (50th for €18,210)with a short chip count got busted on the first hand. While Julian Thomas shortly followed him securing 49th position€18,210.

The witnesses saw Igor Kurganov’s elimination in a pot which came across as quite interesting. Ming Xi decided to go all-in for three times the pot. Kurganov holding pocket aces snap-called against Xi’s pocket kings, but a king on the turn invited Kurganov to the rails.

Joel Ettedgi and Ivan Gabrieli both got busted simultaneously, securing 15th and 14th positions.

Andy Black got busted by Bujtas holding ace-ten against Bujtas’ king-jack, while the board ran eight-seven-two. However, the turn introduced a twist by rolling out a king sending Black back home.

This winning put Bujtas high above on the leaderboard with a chip count of7,105,000 to enter the final day like a king.
