It’s All About Rohit Mishra As He Wins The Inaugural ‘Bout’ Title On Pokerbaazi

PokerBaazi is synonymous with its admirable player-centric gaming structure and its class-leading loyalty rewards program called Baazi Rewards. The company has upped the ante by releasing several new tournaments and leaderboards for its players this week. Furthermore,  its revamped website and redesigned apps and gaming platforms are doing their part too.

PokerBaazi has recently released five daily tournaments, each worth INR 10 Lakhs guaranteed, from Monday to Thursday. Next in the line are two INR 5 Lakhs guaranteed tournaments each on Friday and Saturday. Clearly, this would pack a super Sunday with three tournaments worth INR 25 Lakhs in all!

The Bout tournament featuring a guaranteed prize pool of INR 10 Lakh

PokerBaazi released its newly announced weekly tournament, The Bout, at 8 pm on October 1. As a result, this tournament now replaces the previous and similarly placed ‘The Big Monday.’

It was the first edition of ‘The Bout’ on Monday and turned out to be a crackerjack of a tournament. Players could participate in it for a nominal buy-in of INR 4,400 and it likewise paved way for several entries. ‘The Bout’ lasted six hours and was a keenly fought contest comprising 248 entries. Additionally, this number included some of PokerBaazi’s top poker pros and their presence only spiced-up the contest.

Rohit Mishra wins it!

Rohit Mishra (‘rohit22rm’) defeated ‘Nygma’ in a heads-up on his way to clinching the first ‘The Bout’ title. He won a hefty sum of INR 2.2 Lakhs for his excellent performance. Clearly, this stellar performance marks his consistent run in poker tournaments this year and justifies his reputation at the felts.

About Rohit Mishra

Regular players on PokerBaazi know that Rohit Mishra is a very capable player and has a very focused approach towards the game. Clearly, his victory at ‘The Bout’ on Monday bears a firm testimony to his calculated and firm approach. He is an ace poker player who has had several accolades to his name. Two of most noteworthy wins are the IOPC Daredevil tournament and an IOPC title at Spartan Poker. He had shipped them in January and July respectively earlier this year. Seems like Rohit is on his way for some big wins in times to come!
